ADIB Rewards

Answer: It is a point-based rewards program designed to reward ADIB customers for their banking relationship and loyalty. The cumulated points can be redeemed for utility bill payments, purchasing airline tickets (750+ Airlines), making hotel reservations (700K+ hotels), buying electronic products, gift vouchers for home furniture, restaurants and retail shopping.

Answer: There is no need to sign up. You will automatically be enrolled in the program at no additional costs. To access the program, please go to the ADIB Mobile app and click on your Exceed Rewards balance right below your AED Account balance on the home page.

Answer: You can earn points through multiple products; personal finance, home finance, international remittance, takaful products, ADIB Yusr- Salary Advance Finance. find out how many Exceed rewards you can earn for each product here.

Answer: You can start redeeming your points once it gets credited to your account (within 48 hours). You need to have a minimum of 1 Exceed reward to start redeeming.

Answer: You first need to log in to the ADIB Mobile App and click on your Exceed balance right below your AED account balance on the home page. You can view your Exceed rewards balance under the "Rewards Summary" section.

Answer: Yes, Exceed rewards are valid for a period of three years from the last day of the month in which Exceed rewards are earned. You can also log in to the ADIB Mobile App and click on their rewards balance (right below their AED account balance on the home page). The expiration status will be shown under the "Rewards Expiry" section.
